Before photo of restaurant bathroom.  The floor is polished marble, and the dirt in the corner was so heavy that the floor felt rough to the touch.

During cleaning. This is a polished marble floor, and we have the correct neutral-pH solutions for this type of cleaning.

This is the finished product. No regular cleaning method can give you these results.

Photo during cleaning shows the level of clean that we can provide in your home.

Typical type of tile floor in a restaurant kitchen. The difference is dramatic!

Before photo, in a master bathroom.

After photo. No other cleaning method comes close to our results!

What actual color is your grout?? Truthfully, many homeowners do not know.

Here, we have a bathroom floor. Our customer did not realize that the grout in this bathroom was not black--until.....

...this! Imagine living in a house for 20 years and never knowing what's underneath all that you see in your grout lines!

This is a concrete patio. Our cleaning process works wonders on concrete driveways and patios just as it does on tile!

The corner detailing is still to be done, but the difference from the previous photo is clear.

Local coffee shop. Many types of tile have a textured surface, which traps dirt. Our cleaning process will make those floors look like brand new.

This is a hotel pool area. Years of chemicals and dirt have taken their toll. The difference on this floor is one of the most dramatic we've encountered.

Same hotel pool area. The rust stains on the floor resulted from a metal trash can that had been there for years. Take a look at the next photo--

And, here's the clean photo. Even the rust stains are gone!

There are several ways that hardwood floors can be damaged. We refinish your hardwood floors so that they are good as new again.

Same flooring as prior photo, this floor had significant damage.

After sanding. It's vital to sand the floor down to clean wood, removing the old stain and damage from the surface.

Here's the finished product. This photo really speaks for itself.

Here's another hardwood floor that had wear damage and significant scratches on the surface.

During sanding. Since most wood floors are not even throughout, it's important to sand the entire floor sufficiently, so that all old stain is removed.

This photo shows there are still some uneven edges between the planks, where you can see the old stain still visible.

The sanding is nearly complete in this photo. Of note, most of the existing stain from uneven edges is gone.

Once the cleanup is complete, we apply a pre-stain conditioner to the wood. This ensures an even appearance with the stain.

Here is the floor once the new stain is applied. The color is even and consistent thanks to the conditioner applied in the prior step.

Finished product. This customer opted for a more satin finish instead of the usual glossy look.  It's now ready for years of use.
